My therapeutic approach draws from a diverse toolkit that primarily includes Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy, Bowen Family System Therapy, Strategic Family Therapy, and Internal Family Systems Therapy.

Throughout my career, I have held various leadership positions, including Director of Family Therapy at Bio-Behavioral Institute, where I supervised and trained psychologists and interns, contributing to the advancement of therapeutic practices.

My dedication to enhancing the field of social work extends to my publications, including co-authored works on topics such as exposure and response prevention treatment for obsessive-compulsive disorder.

In addition to my professional roles, I actively engage with professional organizations and participate in conferences and educational events, where I share insights on trauma, cultural competence, family therapy, and mental health issues. Through my lectures, interviews, and publications, I aim to foster understanding and promote holistic well-being for individuals and families.

My journey in social work has been immensely rewarding, and I am grateful for the opportunities to support and advocate for those in need. I look forward to continuing to make a positive impact and contributing to the betterment of individuals and communities alike.
